At the halfway mark, 2024 has already seen the bar raised in many ways for Buckhead real estate. The year started off strong when I sold a home on Knollwood Drive in Tuxedo Park for $9.5 million. The all-cash deal closed on January 17th in a private transaction in which I represented both the buyer and seller.
