RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - A new affordable housing complex for low-income veterans has officially opened its doors in Reno. The Dick Scott Manor opened Thursday, bringing 12 brand new units of housing for low-income, extremely low-income and/or homeless military veterans. This is the first complex opened in Nevada using funds from the Home Means Nevada Initiative.
