Move to Heal program at CrossFit 401 offers workouts for people in recovery
SMITHFIELD – Owners Jennifer Jasper and Ray Fleser of CrossFit 401 say they understand the importance of exercise and community when it comes to mental health. After three years of owning the gym, CrossFit 401 at 300 George Washington Highway in Smithfield joined up with Move to Heal, a non-profit providing free gym access, workouts and meetings to people in recovery.
