RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - A small fire occurred in a fourth floor unit at Tallgrass Apartments Wednesday afternoon. Rapid City Fire Department crews arrived quickly and positioned Fire Engine 1’s ladder next to the apartment’s balcony, about 40 feet above the ground.
