PIERRE, S.D. (KELO) — With its Loper Bright Enterprises decision last week, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned a past ruling that granted deference to federal agencies on rule making. Because of it, a federal judge now wants supplemental briefs filed regarding a challenge by a group of states including South Dakota against new Title IX rules for schools from the Biden administration that are scheduled to take effect on August 1.
