CHS donates to Pink Ladies
CHS River Plains made a donation of $2,500 to the Potter County Pink Ladies to help with their charitable donations to help people in the region with expenses while they are battling major ill- ness such as cancer. The group raises much of their funds through their dart league based out of the Lebanon Longbranch. New Postmaster makes home in 57442 zip code
This isn’t Kairik Strehlow’s first zip code. Gettysburg’s new Postmaster has lived in a number of places before settling in at 57442. Known as Kai, he was born in Milwaukee, grew up in Montana between Livingston and Bozeman, and after graduating from high school in 2006 went back to Wisconsin to attend the Milwaukee Area Technical Institute where he earned an associate’s degree in culinary arts. “I have jumped around quite a bit, cooking in and managing almost 10 different restaurants,” he said. He said his favorite choice of cuisine to cook is Italian, with German being a close second. His last restaurant job was managing Bridges restaurant at Arrowwood Resort in Oacoma.
