BYU Creamery to be demolished, rebuilt
PROVO — The humble Creamery on Ninth is the latest building on the Brigham Young University campus to be consigned to the ash heap of history. The squat brick structure, which is an iconic Provo date spot as well as a dependable campus grocer, will be demolished and rebuilt directly west of the current location — don't worry, it'll still be the Creamery on Ninth (900 East).
