Murder charge: Young NJ woman was shot and killed with puppy
Authorities have identified a 21-year-old woman as the victim shot and killed in Warren County last week — for which a Morris County man has been charged with murder. Amanda Pulver, of Independence, was shot on June 27 after 8 a.m. along Alphano Road, according to Acting Warren County Prosecutor Anthony Picione.

Plant Swap planned Wednesday
A Plant Swap will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 17 at the West Milford Farmers Market, 1452 Union Valley Road, in the parking lot behind the Presbyterian Church. Each person is asked to bring five plants, including flower, tomatoes, herbs and beans. Each plant should be in a pot/container with dirt.
