Loyalsock Juniors rally for exciting win
Loyalsock kept its hopes for a Junior Division state championship alive Friday in Athens, doing so in exciting fashion. Loyalsock rallied from a four-run sixth inning deficit and scored four times in the top of the seventh to defeat Stroudsburg in an elimination game. Loyalsock erased a 7-6 deficit in that last inning and Dom Vassallo and Chase Woodside both collected two hits while driving in runs. Dyson Dupont, Bennett Singer, Blair Bower, Jackson Keefer and Parker Frederick all produced hits with Carter Mileto walking twice and adding two RBIs. Keefer reached base three times and Dupont and Singer added RBIs.
