Man shoots, kills person in Warren County, NJ, prosecutor's office says
INDEPENDENCE TWP., N.J. -- A man shot and killed a person in Warren County, New Jersey Thursday, according to a news release from the county prosecutor's office. Anthony J. Garvin, 34, of Netcong, New Jersey, is charged with first-degree murder and possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, a second-degree crime, the county prosecutor's office said.
