Winterville police continue to search for driver that killed pedestrian
WINTERVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - Police in one Eastern Carolina town continue to search for the driver who struck and killed a man on a busy highway almost four months ago. Winterville police say the body of Marquez Outlaw was found by officers on Highway 11 near Davenport Farm Road on April 29th. They believe the 32-year-old man was struck between 9:17 p.m. and 9:20 p.m.
