Meditation Mondays Offered to Public
Andrew Godreau, a well-respected yogi on the Outer Banks, will lead meditations on Monday mornings at 8:30 a.m. for anyone wishing to join. These sessions will run about 45 minutes long at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Outer Banks (UUCOB) meetinghouse, located at 831 Herbert Perry Road, on the corner of Herbert Perry and Kitty Hawk Roads. There is no charge, but donations are strongly recommended. This will be an ongoing meditation group all through summer. All are welcome.
