A Muscatine woman faces 67 counts of animal neglect following her arrest July 9 following an investigation by the Muscatine Sheriff’s Department. Kelly Marie Adams, 44, of 2431 Highway 22, Muscatine, was arrested on July 9, 2024, and charged with six counts of Animal Neglect Resulting in Serious Injury or Death under Iowa Code 717B.3(5) and 61 counts of Animal Neglect No Injury under Iowa Code 717B.3(3).
