Family of man killed in ‘unexplained’ motorcycle crash holds balloon release
BELTON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The family of a man killed seven years ago held a balloon release Monday evening. Millard Earl Jr. of Honea Path was killed in an “unexplained” motorcycle crash along Highway 252. This same stretch of road was closed days prior for the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT).
