WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The final codefendant charged in connection to a deadly fire in Warren is scheduled to stand trial next month.

Judge Sean O’Brien said in court it’s his understanding at this point no plea offer has been made to Patricia Zarlingo.

He asked prosecutors to make an official offer by Zarlingo’s next scheduled court appearance June 28.

Zarlingo and codefendants Brendan Daviduk and Zackary Gurd were charged following the January 2023 fire on Nevada Avenue NW that killed 16-year-old Chassidy Broadstone.

Both Gurd and Daviduk have already entered guilty pleas.

Zarlingo’s trial is set to begin on July 23.
