WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — A criminal charge has been dismissed against a former school bus driver who had been accused of inappropriately touching a young girl.

Suspect arrested in Tuesday night homicide

The sexual imposition charge against Kevin Bosak, 65, was dismissed without prejudice during a pretrial in Warren Municipal Court on Wednesday. According to court records, it was noted that “evidentiary issues exist” in the case, and the case was closed.

The charge against Bosak had been filed in March after an 11-year-old girl told officers Bosak hit her buttocks in the bus garage.

Bosak had been working at the LaBrae Local School District, but his employment there has since ended.
