Sevierville police release more details in motorcycle crash
SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Sevierville Police Department said a motorcycle crash shut down Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville Wednesday evening. SPD said the crash happened around 7:30 p.m. when James Gibson, 23, was driving a motorcycle down Dolly Parton Parkway. While he was driving, 86-year-old Brownie Campbell, who was driving a Mazda pickup truck turned onto the roadway from Cherokee Circle, SPD said.
