OSF patient forces his way out of hospital window
PEORIA (25News Now) - A man who was hospitalized at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria forced his way out of a locked patient window and fell to a lower-level rooftop. The incident happened about 9 a.m. Thursday, July 4, but a statement from OSF did not include how far the man fell.

PEORIA (25News Now) -At approximately 12:01 AM, the Peoria Fire Department responded to the 700 block of Caroline St. for a house on fire. Once on scene, fire crews reported light smoke coming from the roof of a two-story residential home. As the crew was upstairs, they reported smoke and fire in the bedroom. The fire was swiftly extinguished and brought under control.
Man suspected of going through East Peoria mailboxes given notice to appear
EAST PEORIA (25News Now) - A man who is suspected of opening mailboxes on June 26 in East Peoria was found last week and given a notice to appear. Michael S. Kuehn, 34, was seen just before 10 a.m. June 28 in the area of Washington Road and Carlson Avenue, identified as a suspect and seen on surveillance video.
