HTL: Southeast Section playoff pairings announced
The 2024 Home Talent League baseball Southeast Section playoff semifinals begin next weekend. Top-seeded Cambridge (11-3) hosts fourth-seeded Evansville (9-5) on Sunday at 1 p.m. at Cambridge High School. The Blues and Jays split a regular-season doubleheader on July 14. Second-seeded Utica (11-3) hosts third-seeded Fort Atkinson (9-5) at Utica Field on Sunday at 1 p.m. The Generals held off Utica, 2-1, this weekend to secure a playoff berth. The two winners will then square off on Aug. 11 for a berth in the HTL Final Four, which begins on Aug. 18.
