Street Closure: Moore Avenue July 22-23

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – The City of Watertown’s Department of Public Works crew will be working on Moore Avenue, which will be closed from State Street to Olmstead Drive on Monday, July 22 and Tuesday, July 23 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Public Works crews will follow standard protocol to establish traffic control by installing temporary barricades, signage, and having on-site flagmen throughout the duration of the project.

Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during construction. If in this area, motorists should exercise extreme caution when encountering work crews and work zones.

The Department of Public Works thanks city residents and travelers for their patience and cooperation while this work is completed
