Blood drives coming to the Southern Tier in July

SOUTHERN TIER, N.Y. ( WETM ) – More American Red Cross blood drives are coming to the Southern Tier in the month of July.

If you’re interested in donating blood, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to do so in Chemung and Schuyler counties. Blood drives will take place at the following locations and times:

Chemung County

Horseheads

• Horseheads Fire Department
  • July 16 from noon to 5 p.m.
  • 134 North Main St.
• American Legion Post 442
  • July 24 from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • 71 Old Ithaca Rd.
• Arnot Mall
  • July 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • 3300 Chambers Rd. South Rd.
• Horseheads Elks
  • July 27 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • 9 Prospect Dr.

Schuyler County

Montour Falls

• Schuyler County Human Services
  • July 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • 323 Owego St.

Watkins Glen

• Watkins Glen Community Center
  • July 19 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • 155 S. Clute Park Dr.
