Wausau Post 10 Legion baseball wins slugfest over Antigo

WAUSAU – Wausau Post 10 scored three runs in three-straight innings and came from behind to defeat Antigo 13-8 in a Wisconsin Valley Legion Conference baseball game Monday night at Athletic Park.

Antigo led 6-1 after scoring five runs in the top of the second inning only to see Wausau rally with three runs in the third, fourth, fifth and sixth innings to pull away.

Wausau cracked out 13 hits, including three doubles by Dylan Dobratz and two from Jesse Osness. Dobratz finished with five RBI, and Osness and Luke Smogoleski each drove in two runs for the Bulldogs (8-8).

Davis Winter picked up the pitching win, allowing one run in three innings of relief.

Wausau will play at D.C. Everest on Tuesday.
