WISCONISN DELLS – The Wausau West volleyball team finished eighth at the Friendship Tournament on Friday and Saturday at JustAGame Fieldhouse on Friday and Saturday.

Match scores and results were not provided.

Grace Huggenvik had 35 kills, 32 digs and 14 blocks, and Claire Calmes added 37 kills and 31 digs for the Warriors over their seven matches.

Addy Vaughn had a team-high 90 digs and 16 service aces, and freshman setter Ava Ngo had 77 assists, 44 digs and nine aces for West.

Wausau West will host Wausau Newman Catholic in a nonconference match Tuesday at 7 p.m.
