MHS engineering student builds his own airport after inspiration from classmate
Monticello High School students in Donald Waddell’s engineering class are soaring to new heights after a semester filled with creativity and innovation. MHS student Kaden Milton was inspired to build his own airport after he received a plane designed by classmate Charm Smith. After some brainstorming and planning, Kaeden put the skills he’s learned in Mr. Waddell’s engineering class to the test and began building the structure.
SUNY NEW PALTZ TO BECOME A FULL MEMBER OF THE NJAC IN 2026-27
Pitman, NJ: The New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Presidents Council and Board of Athletic Administrators recently voted to accept State University of New York (SUNY) New Paltz as the conference's newest full member effective in the 2026-27 academic year. The addition of SUNY New Paltz in 2026-27 will increase the NJAC full membership to 11 institutions and will mark the first full-member expansion in the conference in 43 years. New Paltz will also become the first full-member institution in the history of the conference to be located outside of the State of New Jersey.
