Two armed robberies at Corsicana Sunoco stations prompt police investigation
CORSICANA, Texas — Two armed robberies at separate Sunoco stations in Corsicana have prompted a police investigation, according to the Corsicana Police Department. On July 25, 2024, at approximately 1 a.m., two unknown Black male suspects entered the Sunoco at 1139 W. 7th Ave., displayed semi-automatic black handguns, and robbed the store. The suspects fled on foot, leaving behind jackets and gloves at two separate locations, which officers recovered and are processing for additional trace evidence.
