CINCINNATI (WXIX) - As of 8:31 p.m., more than 8,000 Duke Energy customers are without power. At 8:00 p.m., more than 9,000 were reported. Most of the outages were reported in Butler, Hamilton, Warren and Clermont counties following the storms. According to Duke’s website, repairs and assessments are underway.
