According to Rabun County Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant Mark Gerrells, Vaughn Callenback was last seen on July 5 in Rabun County. A missing persons report was filed by a family member on July 13.

Then, he was abandoned by this ‘rescue’ and left in a boarding kennel for 9 months.
