Update: 8/19/2024 — The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office confirmed in an updated Facebook post that Andrew Mark Bell has been located. No other information has been released at this time.

Original: MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WBOY) — The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help to locate a missing man.

According to a Facebook post from the office , 55-year-old Andrew Mark Bell of Yost Road was last seen between the evening of Aug. 15 and the morning of Aug. 16 at the intersection of Glasscock Hollow and Hagans Road, where it is believed he boarded a Mountain Line Bus heading into Morgantown.

Bell is described in the post as 6’4 with brown hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the Taco Bell in Westover, but the post states he could also be heading to Oakland, Maryland.
