BUCKHANNON, W.Va. (WBOY) — The Upshur County Public Library will be temporarily closed until Saturday, Aug. 31 according to a Facebook post from the library.

However, library services will still be available to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Curbside copying, faxing and a notary will be made available, and book checkouts and returns will be accepted.

For a speedy book checkout, the library recommends calling ahead to 304-473-4219 so staff know what book you are looking for. Alternatively, you can use Libby , which is free to Upshur County Public Library Card holders and has a large selection of ebooks and audiobooks that you can access through your phone, tablet or computer at no additional cost.
