    Bridgeport High School closing early for sewage issue

    BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. (WBOY) — Just two days after the first day of school, Bridgeport High School students are already getting an early dismissal.

    The Harrison County School District announced on its official Facebook page and app Wednesday morning that the school will dismiss at 11 a.m. on Aug. 21. The post said that the early dismissal is for a “sewerage issue,” but no other details were provided.

    Students in Harrison County just returned for the fall semester on Monday, Aug. 19 .
