Creative Touch welcomes community in grand opening

WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — In Luzerne County, a Wilkes-Barre area florist held a springtime gathering like no other.

The Creative Touch welcomed the community Sunday to celebrate its grand opening in Plains Township.

The event featured themed desserts, a sangria bar, and festive decor.

Besides selling floral arrangements, the shop on South River Street in Plains Township plans to host workshops, provide expertise on succulent care, and more.
