Victim identified in deadly Schuylkill County crash

PINE GROVE TWP., SCHUYLKILL COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The victim of a deadly crash in Schuylkill County has been identified.

According to state police, on August 8 around 6:00 a.m., a crash occurred on Bethel Road in Pine Grove Township when a car drove on the shoulder and hit a tree.

Police say the driver, 22-year-old Bently Luckenbill, of Pine Grove, died at the scene from the injuries he sustained in the crash.

The roadway was closed for about two hours.
