    One dead after Penn Forrest Township ATV crash

    PENN FORREST TOWNSHIP, CARBON COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Officials say one is dead after an ATV crash Saturday night in Carbon County.

    The Carbon County Coroner’s Office said in a release they were called to the unit block of Fawn Road in Penn Forrest Township for a reported crash.

    Authorities say 19-year-old Joshua Beck from Penn Forrest Township was driving an ATV when it lost control, went off the road, and struck a tree.

    One man charged after Carbon County stabbing

    The cause of death was blunt force trauma and was ruled accidental, officials say.

    Beck was pronounced dead by Deputy Coroner Erika Reinheimer on Saturday, August 24, at 11:13 p.m.
