MOOSIC, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— 19-year-old Mikey Ash got to throw out the first pitch at tonight’s Railriders game thanks to local home healthcare facility Bayada.

Ash is a recent graduate of Wyoming Area High School and has a rare genetic disease that affects many parts of his body.

Mikey was joined on the mound by his home health care nurse, Tatiana, while friends and family members cheered from the stands.
