Truck crashes into Plymouth Township home

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Authorities were on the scene Tuesday afternoon after a pickup truck crashed into a Plymouth Township home.

Crews were called at around 5:30 p.m. to the 100 block of Smith Row in Plymouth Township, Luzerne County after a pickup truck crashed into a house.

Officials say the home was not occupied at the time and so far, there is no word on the extent of the damage done to the home.

Police say there will be more details released Tuesday night and 28/22 News will give updates as new information is made available.
