    Power restored to more than 1,000 after vehicle damages equipment in Robeson County

    ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WBTW) — Power has been restored to more than 1,000 Duke Energy customers in Robeson County who lost service Monday morning after a vehicle damaged some of the utility’s equipment.

    The outage affected 1,025 customers between Interstate 95 and Lumber Bridge in the Parkton area, according to an outage map on the utility’s website. It began at about 10 a.m. and service was restored shortly before 11 a.m.
