Effingham 4th grader brings chef dreams to life at Firefly Grill

EFFINGHAM, Ill. (WCIA) — Firefly Grill invited a 4th grade class at Central Grade School to come experience the art of cuisine.

This comes after the restaurant received a letter from Judson for a class writing assignment on formal letters. Judson mentioned his dream of starting a food truck one day.

Together, they brought his creative “horseshoe-in-a-bowl,” idea to life, completed and topped with croutons. They say it was a pleasure having the class tour Firefly Grill.
