DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — An iconic rock band with Illinois roots is coming to Decatur this summer.

REO Speedwagon will be performing at the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater on June 26. The band was formed at the University of Illinois in 1967 and is known for hits like “Keep on Loving You,” “Take It on the Run,” “Can’t Fight this Feeling,” and “Ridin’ the Storm Out.”

The upcoming show in Decatur is not a part of the Devon’s 2024 season ticket package; the venue said REO Speedwagon tickets are an add-on. Season ticket holders will receive details about a special pre-sale opportunity soon.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at devonamphitheater.com .
