    See who will appear on the Ohio ballot this November

    DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — Ohio has confirmed the statewide candidates that will appear on November’s ballot.

    Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose shared the list of candidates that have met the requirements to appear on the Ohio ballot this November.

    For President of the United States and Vice President of the United States:

    • Donald J. Trump & JD Vance (Republican)
    • Kamala Harris & Tim Walz (Democratic)
    • Chase Oliver and Mike ter Maat (Libertarian)
    • Richard Duncan & Mitchell Preston Bupp (Independent)*
    • Robert F. Kennedy Jr. & Nicole Shanahan (Independent)*
    • Peter Sonski & Lauren Onak (Independent)*
    • Jill Stein & Anita Rios (Independent)*

    *The designation “independent” will not appear on the ballot. Independent candidates can choose to appear as “nonparty candidate” or “other-party candidate.”

    For United States Senate:

    • Bernie Moreno (Republican) previously certified
    • Sherrod Brown (Democratic) previously certified
    • Don Kissick (Libertarian)

    The Ohio Secretary of State must certify the official form of the ballot by Sept. 6, sixty days before the election. The official form for statewide issues will be used by all 88 county board of elections.

    Claudia De la Cruz and Karina Garcia, as well as Shiva Ayyadurai and Crystal Ellis, did not meet the requirements to appear on the presidential ballot. Write-in candidates may still file declarations until Aug. 26.
