WEATHERLY, CARBON COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A woman was arrested on a warrant while attempting to bail out her fiance who was arrested on drug charges, police stated.

On Thursday officers with the Weatherly Police Department received an anonymous tip about a man wanted on various charges from December 2023.

Police said they were able to arrest Kristopher Lindemuth, 55, of Hazleton, on DUI and drug-related charges and he was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.

Couple charged with starving, dehydrating animals

Lindemuth was waiting for his fiancé, Jennifer Kratz, 49, of Nanticoke, to pick him up. When Kratz arrived, it was learned she had a full extradition flight risk warrant out of Luzerne County for drug and theft charges, investigators stated.

Kratz was taken into custody and she was awaiting transport back to Luzerne County in the Carbon County Prison.
