Chelsea Green Calls Former TNA Wrestler “An Egotistical Bully”

Following allegations of racism and bullying, Tessa Blanchard’s name is forever tarnished in professional wrestling. Yet, despite this, she made a comeback in 2023 and is currently a regular for CMLL, where she has worked against notable names like Stephanie Vaquer, Willow Nightingale, and La Catalina.

However, while some are ready to move on after Blanchard opened up about her anxiety and revealed she thought about ending her life during a recent interview , Chelsea Green has fired back on X . In this, the WWE star would note that Blanchard has yet to apologize and called her “ an egotistical bully. ”

“I don’t wish self-harm or thoughts of suicide on anyone and hope she has found peace. However, a simple ‘I am sorry’ goes a long way. We haven’t heard that yet. Accountability matters, and a redemption tour of interviews won’t erase the actions of an egotistical bully.”

29-year-old Blanchard is a third-generation wrestler, being the daughter of Tully Blanchard, and the granddaughter of wrestling promoter Joe Blanchard. She would subsequently break into the business herself in 2013, after being trained by George South at Highspots Wrestling School, and even had a WWE tryout within six months. Yet, while she wouldn’t be offered a contract, she wasn’t dissuaded and went on to establish herself via Lucha Underground, Stardom, and Impact Wrestling before the allegations derailed her career.
