Samoa Joe Shows Off His New Look During Autograph Signing

Two months ago, Chris Jericho and Samoa Joe competed in a hard-hitting Stampede Street Fight, where The Learning Tree put his opponent through a wall with a forklift. Subsequently, it would be reported that this was done so Joe could be written off AEW television and film the second season of Twisted Metal, which is currently shooting in Toronto through October.

Yet, despite having filming commitments, Joe has seemingly still been able to find time to attend autograph signings, as a photograph of the former AEW World Champion has now gone viral because he has shaved his head for the part.

45-year-old Joe broke into the business in 1999 and since then has been prominently featured in ROH, TNA, WWE and now AEW. However, it does appear he is wisely preparing for life after wrestling, having previously done voiceover work for video games before landing the Sweet Tooth role in Twisted Metal. And while it isn’t confined that acting is his future, based on feedback from fans of the Peacock series, it appears it is a viable option.
