HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – An Evansville man is being charged with sexual battery after allegedly touching medical professionals inappropriately.

According to a police affidavit, two paramedics with the American Medical Response were allegedly touched inappropriately by Spencer Cordell after he had been making sexual remarks and gestures towards them.

Police say both of the paramedics were groped by Cordell while attempting to unload him off of a cot, and is said one of them had to yell at him to let go.

Cordell has been arrested and charged with sexual battery. He is currently being held at the Vanderburgh County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
