A new Vietnamese eatery is set to open soon in Wellesley . Pho Station will occupy the former site of CrepeBerry at 352 Washington St , according to co-owner Yuanfei Bellido .

For Yuanfei and her husband Juan , food has always been a cornerstone of their lives. Throughout her childhood, Yuanfei’s grandfather often prepared meals for his entire village during special events, while Juan’s mother ran a successful restaurant in their home country.

As passionate foodies, the Bellidos believe deeply in food’s power to unite and uplift. While they enjoy a variety of cuisines, they have a special fondness for Vietnamese fare, renowned for its aromatic beef soup and fresh, nutritious ingredients.

“From a young age, we witnessed how good food can uplift people’s spirits, improve health, and create strong community bonds,” Yuanfei told What Now Boston . “This inspired us to pursue our dream of opening our own restaurant.”

Pho Station will offer a modern, casual dining experience with themed decor, including tropical plant paintings that pay homage to Vietnam. As hands-on owners, the Bellidos are committed to delivering top-quality food and service.

“We believe that Wellesley, with its appreciation for healthy and delicious food, is the perfect place to introduce our take on Vietnamese dishes,” said Yuanfei.

If all goes according to plan, Pho Station will celebrate its grand opening in just a few weeks.
