‘It was terrifying’: Man facing OVI, several other charges after police say he drove into a Vermilion home
CLEVELAND, Ohio – A Lorain man is facing several charges after police say he drove his car into the side of a Vermilion home earlier this week. Paul Carrion, 38, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, obstructing official business and leaving the scene of an accident, according to court records and jail listings. Carrion was booked into the Lorain County Jail, but as of Friday afternoon, he was no longer listed as an inmate there.
