N.J. football preview, 2024: A look at the WJFL Memorial Division
It proved to be a bit of a rough season a year ago for the six teams in the Memorial this fall. None finished with a winning record and only Cherry Hill East proved to be a .500 team. Triton, Egg Harbor, Deptford and Bridgeton combined to win the same number of games as Cherry Hill East, while Atlantic Tech played a JV schedule in preparation for its varsity debut in ‘24. Look for Cherry Hill East to continue its resurgence and take the division crown, with the remaining squads also getting the opportunity to play against division opponents that are in a similar situation and taking steps in the right direction.
