The USS Cincinnati Memorial Peace Pavilion will be at Voice of America (VOA) Park in West Chester. The USS Cincinnati (SSN-693) was a nuclear-powered submarine that launched in 1977 and patrolled the depths of the oceans until it was decommissioned in 1996.
