FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — An inmate found dead at Cass County Jail last night has been identified as 37-year-old Alexis Phillips of Ogema, Minnesota. The sheriff’s office says Phillips died after a medical emergency. A deputy found her unresponsive shortly before 11:30 last night during a routine check.

According to police, a 16-year-old told them he had been “bored” the night before and decided to try to “catch a pedophile”.
