Muinzer acquires 2 student housing communities on Grant and South streets

Muinzer, a leading real estate investment firm specializing in student housing, announced its acquisition of Grant Street Station and South Street Station today.

The properties, which total 362 beds, are 99% pre-leased for the August 2024 school year, according to a Muinzer press release.

This purchase brings the company's total housing acquisitions in the area to more than $250 million in the last 12 months.

Founded in 2002, Muinzer has multiple offices around the country, including one in West Lafayette.

“We will continue to acquire student housing communities in the top university markets," said Marc Muinzer, founder and CEO of his namesake firm, in the press release. "I'm very proud of the Muinzer team for executing on yet another acquisition next to my alma mater, Purdue University.”
