A body found in Mississippi is believed to be a Southern University student who was reported missing a week earlier, West Feliciana Sheriff Brian Spillman said Wednesday. Family members reported Steven Harris IV, 20, of St. Francisville, missing on July 17 after they were unable to reach his cell phone. Harris was scheduled to be in court for a custody hearing of his child but did not show up, Spillman said.
